Sam Schwarz was born in Long Island New York, but spent the majority of his life growing up in the Lake Sunapee Region. He has enjoyed both working and spending time at many of the local lakes and mountains, including Mount Sunapee, Davis Cabins, and the Follansbee Inn on Kezar Lake. After Sam graduated from Kearsarge Regional High School, he traveled abroad to multiple countries in Europe. His traveling experience taught him the value of the rural lifestyle that the Lake Sunapee Region has to offer.
Sam has been driven from a young age to enter the business world. He has grown from designing and creating bracelets for teachers and his peers in elementary school, to co-founding a wedding photography company. Sam also has a background in construction and carpentry which equips him with a valuable perspective.
