Born and raised in Southern California, Sam accumulated ten years of real estate experience before relocating to Richmond in 2005. She has learned all the “ins and outs” of selling in every kind of market. Having relocated herself, she has learned first-hand the needs of her clients and is now a Relocation Certified Specialist. After making Richmond her home and assisting buyers and sellers in Central VA for almost 12 years, Sam has consistently been awarded Top Producer for selling homes in areas including Richmond, Church Hill, West End, Hanover, Southside, Chesterfield, and Goochland County.
