Sam is an awesome realtor! I cannot recommend him enough.

He is very knowledgeable, responsive, patient, & flexible. He helps identify any potential issues or concerns, truly having your best interest at heart. He made a stressful processes of searching and buying a new home a fun, enjoyable experience.

Even after closing, he would send us things around town he’d think we would like or activities for our son. Go with Sam, you will not be sorry!

Very Nice. Amazingly Personable . He knows he stuff. I didn’t believe I could get what I got for my house in the time I needed it. But he did it and sold it way over our asking price. Sam helped my wife and I find and purchase our very first home. Before any showings Sam, very clearly, laid out the process step by step. He was patient and shared his wealth of knowledge as we walked through multiple showings. It was a challenge finding the right house in the middle of the pandemic, but Sam helped us find just the one. Between signing the initial contract to closing day Sam guided us through the stressful inspections and required repairs. By closing day we were very pleased with the final results of our deal. We love our first home and can’t thank Sam enough for all of his help.
