Sam is an awesome realtor with vision!!! Due to her efforts, we received and accepted a viable offer in less than a week of its listing. This was a feat, especially considering that no condo in the building had sold for as much per square feet—which was a price for which Sam and I agreed upon. Although our work ensured the design esthetics for the unit, her efforts made the sale.

After living in Memphis for 6 years, my dream home on the island went up for sale and I called Sam within 10minutes of her posting the sign. From that moment, she was readily available for me to tour the property several times within 24-48hours and she went above and beyond for us to secure the deal. Sam was incredibly proactive, helpful and informative regarding the entire process from initial home load pre-qual letter and next steps to vendors for repairs upon closing. This was our first and (hopefully) forever home here in Harbor Town, we are so grateful to Sam for providing exceptional and professional services as our realtor.

Sam is a wonderful sincere and professional real estate agent. We came to Memphis with a very clear idea of what we wanted and Sam was able to facilitate and help us buy exactly what we had in mind. She is resourceful and fully dedicated, a Memphian by birth she is completely connected to everything that is happening or has happened in this city. She helped us navigate the turbulent COVID times as our house was being finished, dealing with the constructor and developer, plus she recommended a great mortgage broker. The full package, and she happens to be really funny too! I wouldn’t buy a house in Memphis with anybody else.

Would 10/10 recommend Sam as an agent. She made the buying process unbelievably simple and was always there/responsive whenever I needed her for something.
