Working with Sam and his team to sell our home was, quite frankly, an amazing experience. Sam went above and beyond to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. He answered calls, texts and emails at night and on weekends to make sure we had the information we needed. We had some repairs that needed to be done prior to the sale and Sam often stopped by just to see how things were going and to provide us with updates. Sam’s knowledge of the market in Shaker Heights is impressive and his network of realtors, contractors, etc. is vast. I highly recommend Sam and his team. Sam is a great realtor and an even better person!

Sam listed my apartment building and we received multiple offers within the first week.
He was able to review the details of each offer and we chose what we felt was the best, and the sale was concluded within 3-4 weeks.

Sam is a wonderful realtor! Incredibly responsive and thorough, provided great insight, clearly well regarded, and patient. We were in the market for 7 months and never once did Sam push us toward something or not have our best interest in mind. He always got us into homes within a day or so, often the same day. Sam Zimmer and the Zimmer Real Estate group were used to sell our home in Beachwood, in August, 2023. Sam made the process easy and relatively stress free and was always available to answer questions and concerns. We received offers for the house while we were traveling in the UK, and even with the 6 hour time difference, Sam made sure he was available so that we could discuss and weigh the offers. Sam Zimmer is the best! I asked him to help me with selling a home in South Tremont. The house went under contract a few days after being on market. There were some bumps in the road to the closing due to some things out of my control. Sam handled this very professionally and lo and behold the closing occurred just a month after originally planned. I recommend Sam for all of your real estate buying and selling needs.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam in our process to purchase a home on the east side of Cleveland, eventually buying a home in Shaker Heights. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and was incredibly supportive during our process, in which we toured 15+ homes and submitted 3 offers.

As first time homebuyers, we really appreciated how Sam educated us on various parts of the process, while clearly trying to *inform* us, instead of *influence* us. He was incredibly responsive and would frequently help us set up "next-day" tours, both a necessity within the tight market.

All in all, Sam is a fantastic, thoughtful, and patient realtor, and we strongly recommend him.
