Wow! We had a great experience working with Sammi and Julianne from HomeSmart Realty West. I wasn't sure what to expect with the home buying process with it being a sellers market -- but she was FANTASTIC to work with!! She worked night and day to get us the best home, and was on it for all of the details throughout the process. I can't recommend Sammi more! If you are a new home buyer or trying to get your offer seen that might not be as competitive as others, go with Sammi & Julianne. Our FHA loan with their savvy smart skills got us the house we always wanted! 5 STARS

I recently had the privilege of working with Samantha and her partner Julianne on the purchase of an investment home. As a professional who works in the industry I had high expectations and let me just say the level of service provided by these ladies truly surpassed all of my expectations. Their knowledge of market trends and industry insights was crucial in helping me decide which property was the right fit for my investment portfolio. Given today’s market knowledge is not enough you need to be agile and have the ability to react quickly and these ladies turn on a dime and because of that we were able to get our bid accepted and escrow closed in a prompt manner and no matter what challenge presented itself they handled it in record time.

Sam was nothing short of AMAZING in every step of the process. She was not just an agent but a true team member at every step of the way always going above and beyond to get our family of 4 to that perfect house for us.

That included remote touring houses for us while we were out of state and providing detailed commentary about how our specific needs fit each house, putting together detailed multi-house visit schedules for the days we were in town and even helping to keep our 2 little ones excited through the process by putting together kids baskets for them. They became great friends and we had a lot of laughs along the way and looked forward to each house visit.

We were looking at a competitive time and they worked tirelessly to walk us through multiple offers and ultimately were able to work with the seller of the wonderful house we are in now to close the deal. We appreciate everything they did for us and don't think we could ever ask for more.

We love the new house and the kids were really excited about your welcome home gifts to them :)

My experience overall with Sam was simple AMAZING. she walked me thru the whole process from beginning to the end and beyond. she always made sure I was informed and completed the bought phases as needed. Every single question I had I got the answer and explanation so I could Understand everything in detail. This was my first home buying experience and I have to say it was successful and the experience was great because of the professionalism from Samantha.
