I cannot say enough about Sam! My sister and I were tasked with finding a home for my parents who were relocating from Hawaii. Sam Jones is an amazing realtor and a great person in general!! Sam and her mom, Carol made my dream come true, with my house. She worked hard to find me the house that I was really wanting. Finally found our home in 2018. Sam has to be the most patient real estate agent we have ever worked with. It took us 5 years to find a home. Either she would send us suggestions or we would spot one or two we wanted to look at, and she was always there to show us. Dozens of showings and she was always happy and never complained. We also had to back out of a home purchase on the night before closing, after Sam clocked many hours in the process leading up to that point (inspections, multiple showings, paperwork, etc.), and she bent over backwards to cancel the sale, again with a great attitude and without a single complaint. Sam is fun and hilarious and a real pleasure to work with. We recommend her highly!

11 stars! Having bought and sold three previous homes, we've worked with several agents. Sam is the best!

She was immediately responsive to our million-and-one questions. And if she didn't have the answer, she honestly said so, rather than just guessing or making something up. But then we quickly learned that she always gets right back to you with whatever you needed.

She asked the right questions to get the full understanding of what we were looking for. She was never afraid to provide her very honest assessment to assist in every step of the decision making process.

If anything concerning came up, she was quick to point it out. In one case, she brought contractor out to investigate something for us, giving us a much more accurate picture of what we were facing.

Sam was always willing to go to bat for us, including having to negotiate with a very difficult seller. She knew just how to get through each step, in proactive and creative ways, never allowing the process to get . . .

We presented "Sam" with a daunting challenge - find the perfect property that could bring together 3 generations of our family into one compound while still allowing each generation to have their own space and privacy. We had no idea how many homes in Clark County claim to have these features but very few combined what we needed with what we could afford. Keep in mind, each generation has their own unique needs and desires so finding that one size that fits all takes a lot of effort.

Sam was up to the task, taking time with each of us to understand what we wanted and needed - no easy task. She also made sure as properties came on the market that we were one of the first to see them.

Once we found what we were looking for, she made sure that all the details were addressed throughout the negotiations and closing. There were some unique requirements for the purchase but Sam made it look easy, although I am sure she spent countless hours on the phone and late into the night to . . .
