Samantha is one of the best! There were several road blocks that me and my husband ran into and she was ALWAYS patient, honest, and clear. If I needed understanding, she was there. If I wanted to vent about the housing market, she was there. I am 100% positive that we will use Samantha if we decide to buy again or if we know anyone that is wanting to buy. She is the best hands down!

Samantha was a fantastic coach and advisor for us as first time home buyers in this crazy Nashville real estate market. Despite technically being out-of-towners, Samantha had fantastic insight and in-depth knowledge of the Nashville metro market and helped us to quickly get targeted on what we were looking for in terms of neighborhood, needs, price, and our wish-list. In addition to helping us find our first home, she was our go-to across the entire home buying journey, always a few steps ahead of us. It always felt like we were working with a close friend who really had our best interests at heart, and made sure we wouldn't be steered wrong!

Samantha is AMAZING! She made the process of first time home buying way less stressful than I had anticipated. She is so knowledgeable and patient while you are finding your perfect home! She is always available to answer any questions along the way and really pin points what you are looking for! I highly suggest Samantha to anyone who is in the process of purchasing a home!
