Sam is outstanding - as first time home buyers she made the entire process feel smooth, worry-free, and so doable. She connected us with great lenders and inspectors who helped us save money on our loan and even get an interest-rate buy down. She negotiated with kindness & assertiveness to make sure that the repairs from the inspection resolution were not only addressed but were high-quality work. She even paid attention to every detail like sending us moving boxes and making sure the home was professionally cleaned before we moved in. All of this was in less than 4 weeks from the start of our home search!

This has been such a hugely positive experience for us, and I can't recommend working with Sam enough. The right realtor makes a big difference, and we're so grateful we went with Sam Miller.

I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for a house. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are making an informed decision as a buyer. We started with market research to narrow down neighborhoods we liked. She has a lot of knowledge to share about the Denver area. We looked at over 75 houses and she was happy to keep looking until we found the house that was the right fit for us. Through the whole process we felt like Sam had our best interests in mind rather than just moving forward to a quick sale. Once the negotiations started she was very detail oriented and worked with the seller to make a deal that was good for us and still fair enough to not scare off the seller. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Hire Sam for your next house buying experience!!!

In addition to being a delightful person, Sam was quite intentional about working with me to figure out exactly what I was looking for, and then she relished the challenge of helping me find it. She was tireless, informative, and strategic. Sam went above and beyond for me – I have never experienced such a dedicated and professional partner when buying a home. After my initial offer for a house wasn’t accepted, Sam recommended that I submit a back-up offer in the unlikely event that the sale of the house fell through. She stayed in touch with the seller for over a week, ensuring him that my offer was still standing in the face of negotiations with the contracting buyer. It worked. The first sale fell apart and I got the house I loved … and I got some significant concessions on top of it. I will never buy or sell another house in Colorado without Sam.

We are so lucky to have been introduced to Sam when our family was contemplating a move from Washington, D.C. to Denver. Although a move was far from assured, Sam put a tremendous amount of energy into getting to know us, educating us about potential neighborhoods, and organizing a weekend-long tour (complete with fun food stops for our two kids!) to show us our options. Look no further. Samantha Miller from 360dwellings Real Estate is your person!! We are recent transplants from California to Colorado so we really needed an experienced pro-active realtor that knew the local housing economy. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn and Samantha answered any and all questions we had. Before moving we came to Colorado on a house hunting trip; our goal was to look at as many houses we could in one day. We looked at 19 houses! Samantha was very well organized to execute our plan.
