I’m writing this from the home Sam helped us buy here in Bellingham a year ago. It was an extremely heated market. When something came up, she dropped everything to meet us there. She never tried to convince or steer us out of our comfort zone. There was one property we put a “maximum” offer on- and I told her I didn’t want to know what the competition’s offer was (to more easily hold myself to our maximum) and when it came to it she didn’t tell us or even offer to tell us. Sam respects your wishes and doesn’t second guess you. She treats you like an adult. She is practical and not trying to sell you a dream. For someone who is no-nonsense and business-minded, she’s an ideal partner. We also really liked the inspector who she was somehow able to arrange for us on extremely short notice.

Samantha is the best of the best. We have had several real estate transactions over the years, our recent purchase was by far the most challenging and we were BEYOND relieved to have chosen such a capable agent to help us navigate it all!

Samantha absolutely shines when it comes to dealing with people. We were working with a very challenging seller with an agent whose approach was nothing short of what I'd call, "bulldozing". He was rude, he was often wrong (in some instances walking a very grey line of legality), and he fancied himself a "master negotiator" which really translated to, "master manipulator". We dreaded working with him, but Samantha was a fount of encouragement- always rallying our spirits, calming our nerves, and keeping us on track to the closed deal. She was never intimidated, very well researched, and tactfully handled every situation that came up.

Samantha and her team were the epitome of professional, communicative, and knowledge! I could write pages about how highly I regard Samantha and I tell everyone how incredibly impressed I am by her overall skill and knowledge. Look no further for an agent- Samantha IS the best. If she could so masterfully handle our extremely challenging real estate deal, she can handle ANY real estate deal!

Samantha, is the best thing that happened to my wife and I in our search for a home. She was always knowledgeable and give us the right advice at the right time, help us to get in contact with the right people, lenders and show us amazing properties at very reasonable prices in this crazy market. My partner and I had the best of experience working with Samantha for purchasing a land parcel in Whatcom county. Without Samantha's detailed knowledge and tireless efforts, we could not have hoped to find the parcel which Erin and I so love. Samantha is fearless tearing through brambles, creeks, waterfall to show us the unique propositions and views of each property and 100% prepared with reams of maps, deeds, claims, history - all of the information you would need plus more to make a decision. She knew a wide swath from lummi bay to sumas like the back of her hand. And lastly, she felt like an old friend hanging out after a day of hard work kicking back over couple of wildflower IPAs at Otherlands, Bellingham. Samantha Roeder is a gem among Realtors. It is very difficult to find the right Realtor even when you are given references.and referrals. I got very lucky in choosing Samantha - and she became my first Realtor to get a 5 Star rating.

Oh boy! What can I say about Sam. We're first time home buyers and I feel so lucky to have Sam show up in our lives. She was so relaxed and knowledgeable through the whole experience. We walked in with what I would consider a pretty challenging budget for the Bellingham market and she worked with us to find flexible ways to make the most out of it. When we finally made and offer on the house we bought she went to bat for us! Had great knowledge of the best way to move forward and made sure that we felt secure. She had an amazing and affordable home inspector and to this day she still checks in with us and the progress in our home.
