We found Samantha Teson in 2021 while searching for our first property to purchase in an insane housing market. Finding Samantha was nothing short of a miracle as she helped us navigate the market, prepare competitive offers, and understand all the legal documents and disclosures. She took everything that was difficult and made it easy. We ended up getting the offer on the home we really wanted immediately accepted thanks to her. When we decided to move to another state in 2023, it became apparent that it was time to sell our home and of course, we called Samantha. This time, the market was very odd with little inventory. Samantha worked diligently to find comparable homes and market our property so that all the improvements would shine. Despite many homes sitting on the market with little traction, our home became a "hot home" on Redfin overnight, had plenty of tours, and received multiple offers within the first day of tours. We accepted an offer and Samantha worked tirelessly to ensure to facilitate a smooth and on-time sale.
