If I could more than 5 stars, I would!

My Fiancé and I were struggling to find a place for the longest time. We came to Sam in June of 2023 with the goal to be in our own house by the time we get married in October.

Wow, did Sam take that and run. Not only is she just a great person to get to know, but her professionalism, knowledge of the market and commitment to her clients is unmatched and is really what sets her apart from other realtors. She will never judge you, or make you you feel silly for any question you bring to her. You also will never feel like you’re asking too questions as she is very professional with answering them all. Her response time is awesome as well, never were we left in the dust for anything.

She helped us find a home in a town that was on our radar and managed to get us in it for less than we budgeted for. All with a month to spare before the wedding.

If you need a realtor, please do yourself the favor of giving Sam a call. I can assure you, she will not let you down.

She's exactly the kind of person you want to help you purchase or sell your property.
She was organized, professional, knowlegeable, punctual, extremely approachable, and did not make me feel uncomfortable asking all the little and big questions I had. (And I had many! )
I felt very comfortable that I'm in good hands with such a big financial decision and knew that I could rely on Samantha to walk me through each step from viewings to settlement.

Sam was an amazing realtor to work with! She was incredibly knowledgeable; which was obvious after the first phone call. She was so patient with my sister and I, as this was our first time buying a home. Her patience, kindness, and expert knowledge of the entire home buying process is second to none. Samantha was such a pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had a never ending amount of questions. Samantha made sure that I always felt comfortable to reach out and ask about any questions or concerns I had. I was never in the dark about anything happening and whenever there were issues on the seller's end, Samantha was always quick to reach out and resolve anything. Samantha told me that one of her priorities was to make sure the process of buying a home was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and that's exactly what I got. My wife and I called Samantha just to inquire about selling our home. We knew we wanted to upgrade but didn’t know if we could financially pull it off. Within 24 hours Samantha had programs, a sellers and buyers, put together for us with information on our house, her plan to sell, and our new price range to buy.

Not only did Samantha instill financial confidence in us, but we new we’d find our forever home with her guidance. Her entire plan came through, and actually worked out better for us. We made huge financial gains on our house, and we’re able to buy a new house all within 6 weeks. All right before the holidays.

My experience with Sam was phenomenal! As a first time home buyer, looking at the end of 2020-early 2021, it may have been the most difficult time to find a good home at a good price. Sam was extremely helpful and was sending us listings almost every day - in the area and price range we were looking for! She was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. Since homes have been selling in only a matter of days, she was able to get us showings immediately so we could see the home and potentially put an offer in. We looked at a good amount of homes and she was always so happy and willing to schedule the showing and travel there. The house we ended up getting was extremely sought after and we beat out 11 other offers, all with the help and amazing real estate knowledge from Sam! She responds to texts, emails, and calls in only a matter of hours (if not immediately) which is crucial in this market with the way homes are moving. Sam grew up in the buck county area and knows it very well! I cannot recommend Samantha enough!!! If you need a realtor, she’s your girl!! Even for a first time home buyer she helped so much and guided us along the right path and made it so simple. Real estate, mortgages, taxes, and everything else that comes with building a home can be confusing and overwhelming.
