Samatha Heflin

As a military brat turned military spouse, Samantha Heflin knows how to move! As an adult, Samantha moved with her husband 13 times. She was able to adapt to the challenges and overcome the obstacles that were associated with moving a family across the country, starting new routines, and getting plugged into a new environment all while her husband was deployed. Finding a new house and selling the one left behind on a strict time frame challenged Samantha to think outside the box and work with minimal resources to get the job done. This is why she has such a passion to work in the real estate field. Samantha moved to Oceanway located on the North side of Jacksonville, FL in 2010. She fell in love with the community and all that Jacksonville had to offer. The family atmosphere is felt from the grocers and the local store to the servers in the River City Marketplace. This atmosphere is also cultivated in the Watson offices.
