Mr. Samiullah Ibrahimi is CEO and Founder of Signox Consulting LLC headquartered in the Washington Metropolitan Area of USA. He is a seasoned central banker/regulator. Mr. Ibrahimi holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Capella University USA, M.Sc., B.Sc in Economics from International Islamic University and B.A. in Arabic literature from Peshawar University. Mr. Ibrahimi is a former First Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Afghanistan and former Advisor to the Executive Director (Representative of Afghanistan) at the World Bank Group, Washington DC.
