Samuel Adler

Sam Adler lives and breathes all things Real Estate. For the last decade, Sam's passion has been focusing on innovative and creative developments in major gateway markets throughout the United States. Prior to founding VisionaRE Partners, a Real Estate Acquisitions and Development company, Sam was a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions for Common. He was responsible for sourcing, executing and closing real estate transactions with real estate sponsors, owners and developers in New York and the Tri-State Area.

Prior to Common, Sam was a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson working on a wide range of commercial real estate brokerage activities at Rand Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage based in the NYC suburbs of Westchester, Bronx and Rockland Counties and Northern NY. Sam broadened his real estate experience at Lee & Associates NYC, working in their Senior Housing & Healthcare Real Estate Division throughout markets in the Northeast.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development & Applied Economics from the University of Vermont, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
