Samuel Scarlett

Sam Scarlett has over a decade of experience in the real estate business. A graduate from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance, with studies in Real Estate, Sam chose a career in Commercial Real Estate Lending. While pursuing his degree, Sam worked as a restaurant manager for various top companies including Chick-fil-A and Subway. In Real Estate Lending Sam was involved in billions of dollars of real estate transactions including office, retail, and multi-family residential investment properties. Sam then took a few years off from the corporate world to run a non-profit. He then joined the Real Estate Sales industry. Since then he has been a multi-million dollar producer. Sam has held real estate licenses in Tennessee, New York & Florida. He is married to his wife of over 18 years, Chrystal and has four boys, Bennett, Beckett, Barrett, & Bronxett.
Sam is an honest, hard working Real Estate Agent with the heart of a teacher. He seeks first to educate, and then guide his clients into the right decisions for them.
