Sana places a strong emphasis both on finding her clients the perfect home and helping them gain equity by guiding them toward sound investments. After getting her start remodeling homes, Sana soon progressed to ground-up construction, ultimately becoming one of two exclusive underwriters for all OC based deals for a developer responsible for the purchase of 8,000 homes in the last eight years. Over the years, she has developed a familiarity with building processes and costs, enabling her to more keenly vet deals to protect a client’s investments.
Prior to working in real estate, Sana spent several years in the education sector, during which she learned the importance of knowing and engaging her audience for effective communication. As a restaurateur, running her family’s quick-paced corporate cafe, Amarith, in Orange County, Sana mastered the balance of remaining flexible yet decisive under pressure, a skill that has translated seamlessly to her career in real estate. Additionally, the food service industry has honed her organizational skills as she constantly systematizes every workflow for maximum efficiency.
Born and raised in Orange County, Sana holds a BA in English from Cal State Fullerton, as well as a teaching credential and MA in teaching from University of California, Irvine. A daughter of immigrants, Sana learned from her parents’ strong work ethic, tenacity, and strategic decision-making skills, which allowed them to amass several homes and businesses in spite of their humble beginnings.
When she’s not assisting her clients, Sana enjoys spending time with her four children, reading, hiking, bowling, playing tennis and volleyball. She is active in her local church, which helps feed and provide medical assistance to impoverished families in Cambodia.
