Sandeep offers great deals to buyers and sellers, running his real estate agent business with very low overhead as there is no commission split owed to a bigger brokerage company, having his own broker license in addition to his real estate agent license. Sandeep is a technology executive of past having run $200M+ revenue/year businesses. He also is an investor in real estate which is his passion. In addition to helping his clients buy and sell properties, Sandeep has bought himself 25+ properties through distress sales, auctions, private deals, and MLS and still owns 19 properties that he manages. He has flipped and sold several houses, done 1031 exchanges, written appraisal algorithms and is good at timing the market for sales and doing investment analysis, finding right deals for a buyer and getting maximum offers for sellers. Being a technologist, Sandeep also works on software platforms for improving the consumer real estate experience.
