Sandra Alexander has high standards when it comes to serving her clients, both buyers and sellers. She has a strong work ethic and dedication to going above and beyond what is expected. Fluent in both English and German, Sandra and her family moved here in 2008 from Germany when her husband Dan took a position with a local publication. She joined Dan as the Circulation Manager and Account Executive for the publication, gaining extensive knowledge of the area. After a little more than a year living here, they purchased their first home, which is when Sandra discovered her passion for the various local home styles and architecture. Sandra believes that if you do something you love and are passionate about, it isn't actually a job. She enjoys waking up each day to new opportunities and the chance to meet new people. Her biggest motivation is the excitement and happiness of making her sellers' and buyers' dreams come true. Sandra, her husband, and their two sons love all of the activities in the area from sports to music and the arts, restaurants, boating, jet-skiing and staying involved with their children's activities. Sandra often attributes the success of her mediation and negotiation skills to her two sons. "Reasoning with both of them, making them see the 'other side', and negotiating compromises is something I do every day with my boys," she says.
