Prior to move to the USA, Sandra attended 4 years of Business Administration School and worked in the sales management for a Building Company in Peru. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic-American Real Estate, National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. Sandra is a top licensed Realtor, Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, Certified Probate & Trust Specialist, and also obtain her Short Sales and Foreclosure resourse Certification by the National Association of REALTORS. Sandra has the knowledge and experience in Title, Escrow and Loans which she developed highly proficient at researching, coordinating, strong communication and negotiation skills assisting clients assessing the value and profit of their property.
