Sandra Bowers

I was born and raised in Oakland County, Michigan and have a B.A. in Business from Michigan State University. I have had a passion for design for as long as I can remember!
At the tender age of 5, I would rearrange all of my bedroom furniture by scooting on the ground with my back pushed against my dresser. I learned about color and how to paint and wallpaper from my Grandfather. When I purchased my first home in Royal Oak, I became addicted to remodeling and would spend hours sketching out big plans for my little starter home. However I wasn't in the Design, Construction or Real Estate business, I was in the Hospitality Industry!
With the birth of my second child, I decided to put my career on a temporary hold. By the time my third child was born, I knew that it was time for a career change.
In 2002 I took my Real Estate Licensing exam and passed. What I love about my career is helping people. Whether they are first time home buyers on a budget, investors looking for distressed homes or clients looking for the ultimate luxury home, I always look forward to previewing properties with them. With a eye for design and a history of remodeling (9 homes later) I can see potential in every property. I also use these skills to help my clients sell their homes. Tucking away items that clutter the eye and creating a serene atmosphere in a home set the stage for potential buyers to envision themselves living in that home. Professional photography is a must for getting buyers in the door.
