Sandy did a fantastic job helping us navigate a very hot market. She was proactive about getting us sellers' disclosures and property information ahead of tours and was always willing to drive (sometimes full circle) around the metro area to help us check out houses each weekend. She was respectful of our boundaries on what we were and weren't willing to offer and helped us come up with creative solutions to keep our offers competitive. When we finally found our house and issues came up on the inspection, she expertly negotiated to make sure everything was addressed. Even as small questions or concerns have come up after closing, she has been very helpful connecting us with the seller's agent to get things taken care of.

Sandy also helped us sell our house and had an excellent team of referrals for stagers and photographers to get it ready for sale. Her advice was realistic based on our situation and she helped us get everything through to the finish-line without any delays. We are so happy we had her on our side as we navigated these major decisions!
