Fantastic experience. You can’t to wrong with Sandra! This is the second time we have worked with Sandra and, much like the first time we worked with her, we can think of no one we would rather work with! Not only is Sandra kind and just generally fun to be around, she is focused, knowledgeable and will work hard to represent you extremely well. This latest transaction was complex and Sandra made us feel like we her top priority no matter what time of the day. You will not be disappointed working with Sandra!

We couldn't have made a better choice. From the first moment I talked to Sandra on the phone, I knew we made a great choice. She had an excellent knowledge of the market, and assured us we will find our future home (first time buyers). We viewed several houses with her, and she patiently explained all the process and terms that we didn't understand. She was so committed to the process, maybe even more than us! She cared about us, stayed in constant communication and kept us updated on any news or next steps needed to be taken. I knew that even if our offer wasn't accepted on the first house, Sandra will make sure we find a home that is good for us. She never pressured us into anything and always gave us all of the facts to work with and make decisions. Our offer ended up getting accepted (on the first house we offered!) and it took about 21 days until we received the keys from her. The process so easy, smooth and mostly fast! We decided to buy a home and a month later we were ready to move in. We are so so happy with Sandra and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a house.

Sandy is an exceptional agent, and we were so blessed to have found a realtor like her. She found our dream home and made sure we got the best deal.
From the first moment we met her we knew she was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, kind and very helpful person. Considering we were first time buyers and just recently moved in the United States, she turned an overwhelming process into a walk in the park! She made the whole process go so smooth and seamless, explaining every little detail, answering so many questions we had and making sure we have everything we needed to make an informed decision.

She has been very patient, went on countless showings with us (picky homebuyers we know..:)), giving us the best advice in regard to the market, pricing and the condition of the home by thoroughly reviewing the disclosures and making sure we didn’t miss a thing.

We͏ worked with Sandra once before to purchase our condo, and when the time came to upgrade we knew exactly who to call! We knew that there were going to be a lot of steps to coordinate both the sale of our condo and the search for then purchase of our home, and Sandra immediately laid out an easy-to-follow plan for everything. Her knowledge of the market was crucial as she advised us how quickly we needed to prepare our condo to make sure we took advantage of the current market climate. Then, when looking for our current home, no matter what city/area we were considering, Sandra had advice and tips for all of them. Sandra͏ is very good at her job and well organized! From the first phone call I've had with her to the close of escrow. She sincerely spent a lot time before she made a "dime" answering all my questions and researching information for me before I even hired her to be my listing agent! I met with another realtor before meeting with Sandra because I've already schedule an appt before I spoke with Sandra. Even though I liked this other realtor also but Sandra already made such a positive impression with me, and that was just on the phone, I still haven't met her yet! My mind was made up before my meeting with the first agent. She always went the extra mile to help me in every way possible! She communicates very well and responded quickly to text, emails, and phone calls! We were able to get our house ready and listed within 3 weeks! One weekend of open house and we received an offer of 150K above list and we closed escrow in 30 days. There was a timeline I needed to close escrow because I was closing on my new house in 60 days which Sandra brilliantly help me achieve! Other then my timeline, the housing market was shifting rapidly and higher interest rates. Our results may have been different if we didn't move quickly which Sandra helped facilitate!

I͏ am very happy that I found Sandra to work with on my house hunting project. As a first time home buyer in a very crazy real estate market of 2021-22, I must say I am very pleased with the outcome. She is very quick to respond and very patient in explaining. She explained us the entire process of home buying very clearly. I would definitely recommend her and work with her again. She was also very helpful in matters that didn't concern her, which was very sweet. She is a very energetic and friendly person and you get a very positive vibe after talking to her. Absolutely amazing experience working with Sandra!!
Sandra helped us to buy our first home. She put together a professional pricing strategy and had our offer accepted before the property hit the market. She got us a home that we really love. Without her strategy and relationships she has developed over the years with other agents, it would have been impossible to get an offer accepted in this competitive market. She was extremely patient with us, and worked with us until we found a home that we liked. She made sure to go through every disclosure packet and covered a lot of details before we went to view homes. She went above and beyond to help us view a property even when she was out of town.
My wife is pregnant and soon to deliver our first baby, and Sandra helped us make the home search as smooth as possible and helped us secure a home, before we had our baby. I highly recommend Sandra to help you on your home buying journey as she is professional, responsive, down to earth and very knowledgeable. Very attentive!

Amazing experience with a great Realtor
Sandra is always on top of every aspect for purchasing or selling your home. My first house I bought she had called me at 530am to give me a heads up on a house that just came back on the market. Now I wake up at 4am so it was not a problem but it does show how dedicated she is to getting you to the front of the bidding game. Sandra always answers her phone or calls you right back as soon as possible. If you want the most money for your home she will get it for you. My house listed for 519k and it sold for 590k. I will always give Sandra any referrals I come across. The best In the business I absolutely recommend Sandra for you realtor needs.

I met Sandy through my long-time realtor Denise. I have done numerous deals with Denise and 2 with Sandy, since she became Denise's partner. Sandy has exceeded my expectations on all levels. She is responsive, attentive and most competent. She is a top-notch A+ realtor. I promise you won't find a harder working agent who truly cares about her clients. For the last 2 transactions I was an out-of-town client. I moved to San Diego and wanted to sell my two investment properties in NorCal. Denise and Sandy took care of everything from start to finish, and the whole process was seamless, both times. And the last one had some obstacles -- every RE transaction has something but this last one was particularly challenging -- but they were able to smooth them out without a hitch.
