Sandra Libby was completely professional and very well connected, we trusted her completely and she worked tirelessly during our home search. She had an abundance of knowledge of the local marketplace and significant insight in to helping us make a great decision on our home purchase. She is thorough and extremely knowledgeable of the entire selling and buying process.

She worked with us through the entire purchase timeline as well as recommended great contractors, painters, and cleaners after we purchased our new home.

We would highly recommend her and her team to either buyers or sellers.

My takeaway from the experience of selling my house for the best price possible is that it truly takes a village, and the Sandra K Libby Group is the best "village" to do it! Sandra and her team are efficient, patient (which is essential,) down to business and caring. There were no surprises, all the actions they would take were explained up front and approved of by me. Sandra stressed the importance of trust, which I agree with wholeheartedly. I will be sure to encourage my friends to call her with their home selling needs! Thank you to the entire team!

I cannot begin to say what a true pleasure it was working with Debbie Duffy at the Sandra Libby Group! Our search for the perfect second home in Annapolis was a long one as we had very specific criteria and Debbie was fantastic, she worked with us closely at every step of the process and even performed some on site visits for us via facetime while we were out of town. Sandra is simply amazing. She was great to work with when I purchased my first home and when it was time to move, I was even more impressed. She helped keep us grounded throughout the listing process and her staff of experts are second to none. She went out of her way to take on tasks so we did not have to worry about as much. Working with Sandra Libby was a real pleasure. She contacted us at our winter location in Covid 19 quarantine. While we weren’t quite ready to sell, using her vast knowledge of market conditions, she urged us to list the house soon. Sandra had the house inspected and arranged for contractors to do what was needed. The house was listed at a great price for the very active market. Her fantastic video walk-through, staging and other marketing activities resulted in more than 50 showings. The house sold in about 30 days at a price that gave us a permanent smiley face.
