Sandra Kass

Sandy has over 30 years of combined real estate experience which began in Columbus, Ohio. At M/I Real Estate Co., Inc. Sandy started in an entry-level position which ultimately evolved into a successful career as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, Sandy was involved with multi-family property management and development for 20 years and held her Ohio real estate license for over 16 years. In 2008, Sandy launched her second career in Southwest Florida focused on real estate sales, and has successfully built a business providing unparalleled service to both buyers and sellers.

Sandy continues to be honored locally for her multimillion-dollar sales success awarded yearly by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors to an elite group of real estate professionals who have exceeded $5 - $10 million dollars in Sales Volume. In addition to these accolades, Sandy brings a vast amount of experience in marketing, property presentation, and effective advertising. She is known for her attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm, abundance of energy, and perseverance. Sandy and her husband Alfred, along with their dogs Duncan and Grayson, have lived in Bonita Bay and have been golf members since 1998.
