About Sandra
Sandy has spent her entire life as a self-employed entrepreneur, and she knows how to work hard and smart to make things happen like selling properties! She spent 25 years building up a wedding accessories company and even owned a couple of bridal shops along the way. Eventually she began creating her own products and wholesaling them to companies such as David's Bridal The Wedding Outlet and other major retailers. She sold her company in 2016.
Sandy’s parents believed in real estate investing so it followed that her and her husband got off to an early start investing in income properties. They had experienced several types of transactions including standard and reverse 1031 exchanges seller financing and the joy of promissory notes dual agency (which did not work out well for them at all!) and other interesting situations. Becoming a real estate agent came naturally to her and she determined that she would take all the good and bad experiences they had with agents in the past and use those to do better for her own clients. Sandy’s desire is to approach her work in real estate with the highest of ethics; full care and concern for each of her clients honoring their unique needs and desires. She does her absolute best to answer her phone promptly and be available to her clients when they need her, and she participates in a lot of education to keep up with the latest laws and best marketing practices. Her goal in her work is not quantity but quality. She has sought out the very top professionals in the fields of real estate photography home inspectors home stagers and other associates so that her sellers will receive the absolute best price for their home. As a buyer's agent she requests that her clients get pre-approval for the financing they will require before they tour homes so that when they find the perfect property they are in a very strong position to get their offer accepted.
