Sandy Lubliner is a full-time real estate professional covering the southern tier of Westchester county. Since becoming licensed in 2003, Sandy has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and pricing of single-family homes, new construction, waterfront properties, coops, and condominiums. Her diverse experience ranges from sales of five thousand square foot waterfront estates and new construction homes to modest five hundred square foot coops and rental properties.
