Sandy Martin is everything a real estate agent should be and more. I will tell anyone who will listen what a great advocate she was for us during our search and purchase process for our new home.

She is knowledgeable about the industry and local area. She listened to what our needs were, she found listings that she thought would be of interest and followed up in a timely basis. She she made the search process a pleasant experience. She showed us numerous properties and was not hindered by our indecision and opinions on each. She is quite affable and we enjoyed our working relationship with her. But, she was assertive when the situation called for that. She is an excellent and responsive communicator. She made us feel like we were her only client.

Once we found the property to put an offer on, she was a strong advocate for us and worked hard in making the deal happen. She worked tirelessly during the closing process to ensure that it went smoothly.... and indeed it did from our viewpoint, although I know that behind the scenes she was hard at work on our behalf.

We are grateful that we found Sandy and love the beautiful new home she found for us. Thank you Sandy. You are a blessing to us.
