Sandra V. Nardoci, ABR, CBR, CRS, GRI, SRES Associate Broker/Seniors Real Estate Specialist Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, Realtors® Sandra is a full time Real Estate professional committed to her “Community, Exceptional, Service, and Education”. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Geneseo and began her Real Estate career in 1991 with Manor Homes, Realtors®. After 31 years she continues to be a part of the Blake Realtor® family. Sandy believes in educating herself in order to better serve her client’s needs. An Associate Broker she’s earned numerous professional designations over the years. To date she holds her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) designations. She has served the Capital Region as a committed volunteer for over three decades, and is a co-founder of the Capital District YMCA Circle of Champs. A program dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, and families, touched by a life-threatening illnesses. Sandy's received countless community/professional awards and in 2009 was privileged to serve as Greater Capital Association of Realtors® Board President. In 2020 she was recognized by the National Association of Realtors as a NAR “Good Neighbor” honorable mention award recipient grant winner. She was one of ten Realtors in the country to receive this esteemed recognition for her continued commitment, dedication, and volunteer work over the last 30+ years. In April 2013 she was honored by the Capital District YMCA with its prestigious President’s Award, for her dedicated involvement in community service and civic activities throughout the Capital Region. Sandy was recognized by her peers and the Greater Capital Association of Realtors in 2004 with the Realtor of the Year award and in 1995 the GCAR “Community Service” award. She continues to serve on numerous committees within her professional community, and as an ambassador for dozens of Capital Region non-profit organizations. Sandra's business is driven by her past clients with whom she has maintained relationships with over the years and is enhanced by her sphere of influence. Ninety nine percent of Sandy’s business is generated by repeat and past client referrals.
