I was fortunate to meet Sandra Richlin as she hosted an open house on the first afternoon my husband and I were browsing condos in Playa Vista. We exchanged contact information and Sandra immediately followed up that evening to suggest some properties to view. Sandra is a tremendous buyer’s agent. She is the ultimate professional – knowledgeable, energetic, and trustworthy. She understood our needs and introduced us to her son, Mark Gallandt, who provided invaluable information to us as we knew very little about the Los Angeles housing market. Sandra and Mark are a perfect team. Sandra took the initiative to seek out and present many options to us including the condo that we ultimately bought. Sandra and Mark continued to work with us during the entire escrow process even after we had left the Los Angeles area. During the time we worked together to find our new home, I came to regard Sandra as a friend as well as an amazing agent.

Sandra was a great agent! She patiently found answers to our many questions, often working well into the weekends and evenings getting information for us. She found many good properties for us to look at, often getting us in for an early look. Once we narrowed down our choices, she helped to guide us through the negotiation and closing process.

I hired Sandra Richlin and Mark Gallandt to Sell My Home in Los Angeles, CA last August 2021. I was amazed at the speed that they had the House and Property Accessed, Cleaned Up, Staged and put on the Market. All was done Professionally and with Class. I immediately felt that I could trust Them and They were looking after My best interest. They hosted several Open Houses with Class and received several Bids After the completion of the inspection Report, Mark, himself, obtained bids on the work and negotiated a fair settlement. I met Sandra through a mutual friend who highly recommended her. I lived in Park City, UT at the time and was selling my home to relocate to Los Angeles. There is no way I could have made this move to my new fantastic home without Sandra. We started working virtually, doing FaceTime appointments for me to see places in and around Santa Monica, which was my target neighborhood. After a few weeks of working together virtually, we narrowed down the choices, so I flew to LA for 2.5 days to see the final few and submit applications. Sandra not only picked me up at LAX and drove me to every appointment, she also scheduled 3-4 showings each day and educated me about each of the neighborhoods. Before I left to go back to Park City, to close on my condo, Sandra helped me submit 4 applications for rental. I made my final choice based on my preferred amenities and Sandra's advise on safe and convenient neighborhoods. I moved to my new home in Santa Monica one week ago and could not be happier! Sandra is 100% diligent, professional and passionate about her work. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as my agent and helped me with everything I needed plus more. Sandra is amazing. I met her through work, she is a customer of the water delivery company I work for. I befriended her because she was very kind and thoughtful. During one of our many conversations I mentioned that I was looking to buy a home, and little did I know that she was a realtor. I vividly remember her promise that she would find my family and I a home. Indeed she did. Sandra simplified the home buying process for us. As first time home buyers, she explained every step in detail, and advised us when we needed guidance. Together with Sandra we must had reviewed 100 listings and visited a dozen homes. Her dedication could not have been greater. We had finally found our home. Sandra and Mark worked an amazing deal for us and guided us through escrow, open to close. I met Sandra at an open house for a home I was interested in purchasing. At the time, I did not intend to have a buyer’s realtor represent me because I was told I would have to pay their commission on top of a down payment for a home. After talking to Sandra, I realized I needed her help to the purchase of my home. She responded to questions in a timely manner, followed up with phone calls, and made sure the transition into my new home was a smooth as possible.
