As a native Charlottean, Sandra has seen the tremendous growth that has transpired in Queen City and has embraced all the wonderful changes as a result.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Political Science and minor in Marketing, Sandra spent the next 10 years working in many sectors of the advertising industry. Through arduous work and dedication, she was able to move up quickly and hold positions in media buying, strategic market planning, production and finally advertising sales. Realizing that marketing/sales were her strengths and real estate was her passion, in 2004, Sandra became a licensed Realtor® and eagerly entered the competitive Charlotte market. For the past 16 years, Sandra has enjoyed collaborating with developers, large land brokers, new homes sales, investors, and home buyers alike. Brokerage has been one of the most rewarding jobs she has held, and she genuinely enjoys the complete experience start to finish.
Sandra’s family includes her husband, Marc, an entrepreneur; their son Harrison (23); daughter Brennan (20); their 3 year–old rescue cat, Charlie, and their Australian Shepherd puppy, Baylee. They currently live in Myers Park and have enjoyed the central location for the past 18 years. Their family loves the outdoors, travel, sports and living a fast-paced lifestyle.
