Sandra was great to work with! After having had more than our fair share of bad realtors, Sandra was a breath of fresh air she listened and once she understood our needs would not waste our time showing us properties that did not fit our list of must haves. This probably proved somewhat frustrating as we settled on a short sale but continued looking at properties for an additional five months while our offer was processed. Not once did she take us to listings without explaining her reason for showing it to us and never did we feel that it was a waste of our time, in fact Sandra made us feel like her top clients and frequently checked in to provide status on the short sale and current inventory. Once we opened escrow we found Sandra's network to be invaluable, from refinance brokerage to pool keeper contact. We ended up using both as they provided a better service with a more competitive price... we still have the same pool man today. We're happy we met Sandra at an open house and stopped dealing with time-hogs who show you anything just to keep you busy.

Moving to South Orange County can be intimidating when you are not from here! Where to buy, what are the prices ranges, what areas are good for children, etc. can create a daunting task. My husband and I were eager to find a realtor that would not just show us houses but help us understand areas and what each had to offer. In 2015, Sandra got our home sold in Laguna Hills in less than 3 months, at a reasonable market price & profit, working smoothly with us through each step of the process. The photographer and stagers she arranged did excellent work, and helped tremendously in getting the house sold. While we had the house on the market, our 21 year old cat was in the house, and Sandra took extra care to mark doors that needed to remain closed, and made sure our beloved old feline didn't become food for coyotes. Sandra was great! We were referred to her by a neighbor friend when we received a 60 day notice to vacate the home we were leasing. She responded immediately and started showing us properties immediately as we had already been pre approved for a purchase.
