Sandy Bracken

Sandra is a full time Realtor since 2007 with experience in residential, land and farm, and commercial real estate. A country girl at heart, she works the Armstrong, Butler, and Clarion County areas. She will travel to neighboring counties as well if it makes sense. Sandy was Rookie of the year in 2007 when she started, and her business has grown every year since. She enjoys working with her clients and pride herself in being there throughout the process of buying or selling. When she has some down time she enjoys being outdoors either gardening, or tending her chickens. Sandy loves animals and there is a good chance she will have her rescue labradoodle “Bentley” with her on her travels to show property or keeping her company at the office. A sunny day on a country road in her Jeep with the top down is about as good as it gets!
