Bespoked - my experience with Sandy, Cheri and Susan was custom made. The process and flow was seamless from start to finish. I made the decision to sell my wonderful home in the historic Floral Park in order to move closer to family. I trusted this process to the DeAngelis Realty Group. And this enabled me to flow into my next home located on the San Lorenzo River.
I will be forever grateful for this Bespoked experience from Sandy, Cheri and Susan.

Sandy DeAngelis and her team are amazing! She has helped our family in many transactions in the Floral Park neighborhood! This time it was tough for us…we had an unexpected death in the family with no will or trust….so Sandy helped us through the difficult steps of probate sale of our brothers home.

We can’t thank Sandy enough for her professionalism and expertise! The house was tired and Sandy said she saw its potential and took on the task as General Contractor to get the family the most of a very sad situation.

Sandy seamlessly handled it all so we could focus on the other probate tasks….Full Service, found contractors to do necessary work, ordered the carpet, handled the landscaping, had the house cleaned, staged and did incredible photography, all in record time.

Sandy, Susan and Ed were (as were the rest of her team) instrumental in getting my home sold at the price I hoped and in 10 days! They oversaw almost every aspect, from home prep, contractors, staging, photos, videos, kick-off events, marketing, inspections, to every aspect during and after the sale. I could NEVER have done it without them. Sandy sold me my home in 1995 and sold it for me in 2022. If you are selling your home (or buying), you'd be well-served by The DeAngelis Group. They know Floral Park like no other!

Fantastic whether you are a buyer or a seller! We and our extended family has used Sandy on all RE transactions since the 90's. We have known Sandy since 1989. This was the most recent of the 6 real estate transactions that we have worked with Sandy on.
