I recently relocated to Atlanta and Sandy was referred by a friend. Upon our initial conversation, I knew Sandy would be a consummate professional. I explained our extremely tight timeline (I would only be in town for 2 days and wanted to see as many rental properties as possible). After forwarding her our initial list of properties, she put her expertise to work and walked us thru the process. She was extremely thorough and forthcoming about what we could actually accomplish in our timeline, but assured us we would find a property we would love – she was right. Sandy’s interaction with the selling realtors was exceptional.
