TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: My wife and I had such a positive experience working with the real estate agent Sandy Logan that we offered to write a letter of recommendation. Sandy Logan facilitated the sale of my mother’s condo in Reston, Va. We were on tight timeline to sell the condo and we found her to be efficient, responsive and effective. We put the home in the market mid October and by December 1st the sale had gone through. During our first meeting she came prepared with comparables and helped us develop the best pricing strategy for the unit. She also helped us manage a contractor to get the condo ready for staging. Although we reside out of the state of Virginia, she kept us informed of developments at all times. She promptly scheduled two open houses and we were able to get several offers within a week . Sandy was very responsive to all requests from the agents and prospective buyers. Without her responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail we would not have sold our property for the price we wanted and in the time we hoped.
