Sandy McCloud

Sandy McCloud, an Atlanta native feels very blessed to now call Tybee Island, GA home. Sandy worked for 15+ years in the radio industry as a morning show co-host and news director and writer in Atlanta before moving to the Savannah area in 1998. She remained in the radio field co-hosting the "Mark & Sandy Morning Show on 98.7 the River" for 5 years before obtaining her real estate license in 2002. Since then, Sandy has been a full time Realtor specializing in residential homes in and around Savannah. She is very involved in the community and has served on a number of boards including CrimeStoppers, Tybee Beautification Association and spent countless hours volunteering for a variety of nonprofits, particularly those benefiting abandoned animals. Besides working full time in real estate, Sandy sings in an all girl musical group "Girlfriends" (www.savannahgirlfriends.com) that features music from the 40s, 50s and 60s. The group has done dozens of shows to benefit numerous nonprofits in the area.

Shirley Sessions is also an Atlanta native who now gratefully calls Tybee Island home. She worked for 15+ years writing contracts for AT&T in Atlanta before moving to the Savannah area where she then worked 15 years as Director of Hands on Savannah, the volunteer center for United Way of the Coastal Empire. Shirley earned her real estate license in 2013 and retired from United Way in June of 2014 in order to join her sister and create the Sold Sister Savannah team. Shirley served for 10 years in public office on Tybee Island's Planning Commission and as a council member and Mayor Pro Tem of the island for 4 years between 2000-2012. She has been extremely active in volunteering and has served on numerous boards including as Board President for the Humane Society for Greater Savannah, and on boards for Live Oak Public Libraries, Tybee Beautification and others. Animals are her passion and she continues to work with the area Humane Society focusing on creating a new low cost spay neuter center for the community.

Sandy is a licensed Realtor, focused on residential properties from income producing island homes to first time buyers in and around Savannah including Tybee Island, Wilmington Island, Talahi & Whitemarsh Islands, Isle of Hope, Pooler, Rincon, Guyton, Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. She makes it a priority to stay current with contract law in an effort to write tight contracts for her clients and negotiates vigorously for her side of the transaction. Both Sandy and Shirley are customer driven Realtors, dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service.

Shirley has been a licensed real estate agent since September of 2013. Although she is new to the business, she has taken many classes including becoming a "Red Contract Book" specialist. Shirley brings the gifts of decorating and staging plus has tremendous communication, social networking and people skills that make the Sold Sisters a great team to work for you.
