I'm very happy to have had Sandy for my home purchase. It was always exciting to review the listings which she was sending. Then I ran into an issue with the pre-approval for my mortgage loan.

I thought my dreams of getting a home were going to have to wait or that I might have to settle for something less than what I desired. But Sandy connected me with a loan officer who was able to help, and who was also wonderful to have on my side.

I appreciate Sandy's availability for tours and taking care of particular requests throughout the buying process. Once we had an offer accepted, it was a smoother and more seamless process than I could ever have imagined. In the end, we were able to close in less than three weeks. I'm grateful to Sandy, her team, and her associates for the wonderful home buying experience.

She got me some additional help with cleaning the house and provided me with a timeline of the entire selling process, from taking pictures to open house and closing. Finding a great real estate agent is like finding the holy grail, and Sandy is the holy grail. She is the most genuine, caring, and knowledgeable agent you will find. She recently helped me purchase my first home and made the process feel easy. She knows her stuff, and really goes to the mat for you. When I first set out to look for an agent, I quickly realized that most agents will ignore anyone who is looking for a modestly priced property, Sandy was different. Even though my budget only allowed for a small condo, she really put in effort to help me. We found the perfect home for me a week after we started looking, and closed escrow 3 weeks after my offer was accepted :) Needless to say, I am extremely happy with her and would refer her to anyone who is looking for an agent.
