Sandy Wells

Sandy has lived most of my life in the Richmond area, specifically Chesterfield County. She has extensive knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make her home, your home. Sandy earned a B.S. degree from Virginia Tech. She began her career as an educator then switched to a career in people management in a large corporation before deciding to stay at home to raise her children. Now that her kids are grown, she is pursuing her passion, real estate.

Working with people/clients is her joy and passion. Sandy’s goal is to help people with one of the biggest decisions and financial commitments, buying or selling a home. She is dedicated to providing superior service to ensure that your real estate transaction is a positive one.

When not working, you can find Sandy spending time with her husband, Jamie and two boys, Tyler and Austin. They love to boat, golf and ski/snowboard together as a family. She is definitely a pet lover. Sandy has 2 chocolate labs,Bailey and Whiskey as well as 2 cats, Remy and Stella.
