Sang Chang is the Broker, Founder and Owner of TOP Realty. As Broker/CEO, Sang is busy managing the firm and 1-on-1-coaching 150 associates within Top Realty Group. To the public, Sang is a popular Real Estate Columnist in Korean Community in New York and New Jersey. He wrote his real estate columns at Korea Daily News and various magazines. He continues writing his columns at Real Estate Section of Miju Economics, Bergen News and Dr. Kim's Shopping Guide. He produced his Real Estate Q&A programs at popular Korean TV channels. Upon his retirement from from life-long business of I.T. and Management Consulting (2002), he became a real estate agent to explore more "meaningful in his life" career opportunity. He earned Master's Degree in Computer & Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology (1985) and MBA from University of North Carolina at Greensboro (1983). He received BA in English at Sogang University (1979) and graduated from Kyungbok High School (1971). communities.
