I live, breath, sleep real estate, that's how passionate I am. I love helping people buy their dream house, I love helping people build their wealth through real estate investments. I always believe the customers need and concerns are my number one priority. My goal is to to be available to my clients and to work with their best interest in mind - all the time.My educational qualifications include a bachelors in Civil Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, FL. I'm also a member of California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.Soon after graduation I started working for corporate America in many top notch management positions for a very long period of time. My career graph has been very unique and diverse with expertise in Motion picture exhibiting industry, Retail/Sales, Hotel management, vendor relations, profit and loss management and guest service operations. More than 10 years of experience in the service industry, this in turn has given me the business acumen, skill sets, knowledge, experience in shaping the person I'm today.I embarked on my real estate career in 2009, just before the housing market went into a catastrophe, I had undertaken a mammoth hotel rehab project, and I remember very vividly people were loosing their homes left, right and center, the housing market had come to a grinding halt, and Realtors across the nation were quitting their jobs getting out of their real estate careers which they had built over a period of numerous years, and here I was making a career change by entering into the real estate arena. I was caught in the eye of the real estate storm, but I came out as a winner. I have seen both the bad and good side of real estate market. This in turn has made me personally stronger, broadened my horizon and given me a better understanding of the market trends.When I take my time of from real estate, I enjoy exploring new restaurants, traveling to different countries, learning about their culture, languages and cuisines. I'm also an animal lover with four rescued cats, though I have cat allergies. I have made a pledge that every time I list, sell or help a client buy a property, a part of my broker fee will be donated to animal charity. I want to get those stray cats and dogs out of the streets, place them in a no kill shelters so people can adopt them.
