Sanjiv Jain

Sanjiv had many years of success in Corporate America at the headquarters of Hewlett-Packard, Whirlpool Corporation, Hallmark Cards, Clark Retail Enterprises, and Sunoco, Inc.

In parallel to having a successful career, he was developing and building his personal portfolio of real estate and his expertise in real estate investing. He left Corporate America to completely be on his own in 2004.

Sanjiv built a personal portfolio of over $15 Million including residential, townhomes, condominiums, multi-units, and commercial and mixed-use properties.

He characterizes himself as enthusiastic, intentional, purposeful, compassionate, enthusiastic, and God-loving.
