Born in El Paso, Texas, Santiago relocated to Chihuahua, Mexico where he lived for 35 years. In Mexico, Santiago led the development and construction of single-family homes, apartment communities and commercial buildings. Known for working diligently and quickly to achieve his clients’ real estate goals, Santiago devotes himself completely to handling the nuances of every transaction.
