If you are in the market for a broker who’s straight up and knows his stuff Santiago is your guy! My husband and I were referred to Santiago by a friend of a friend when we were trying to sell our apartment in Washington Heights. The apartment had been on the market for 6 months with another broker who failed us. Santiago met with us to get a feel for who we are and what we were looking to do. After our meeting he immediately got to work learning the neighborhood and what was currently listed. He went back multiple times to see what the building and apartment looked like during different times of the day as well as what was happening in the neighborhood. He was able to capture the unique experience that Washington Heights offers so he could honestly tell potential buyers about the building and neighborhood. In a month’s time he tripled the traffic through our apartment that took the previous broker 6 months to do. Within 6 weeks we were in contract and closed by 3 months. He knew the coop process inside and out and was ready for any potential delays. There’s a reason he’s part of the multi-million dollar club 😉 as well as all his other accomplishments. Santiago will not steer you wrong and if we ever buy again in NYC we will not deal with anyone else. Top notch!
