THIS IS THE ONE! SHE IS IT! STOP SEARCHING!
Look no farther than Sara. She is a SHARK and she works for you. She saved me $10k through negotiations with the Seller. She always got back to me and was available via text (important for me!). Sara is very aggressive. My husband and I found our dream house after only looking at 2 places. We wanted to live in Conifer so badly, but with the current housing market I felt there was no way our bid would be accepted. We put in an offer and I trusted Sara to take care of us.
We put it in on Saturday, no acceptance yet by Sunday so Sara told us to pull the offer and submit lower... My brain was screaming NO, but I'm a recruiter not a realtor. I had to think she knows what she is doing - she can read the situation better than me.
Monday slowly arrives, I'm anxious. Sara is keeping me posted on her chat with the Seller's agent. THEN IT HAPPENED! The Seller's picked us and negotiated a bit higher on price - still lower than the initial offer. We closed in less than 30 days. She made sure repairs were made. She scheduled well testing and the inspection. She recommended a great loan officer.
I'm sitting in my home office writing this. I credit our new home to Sara 100%. Without her I am positive I would still be stuck in my apartment with a family of 6 stomping over my head. My daughter will have the privilege to grow up in a small town on an acre of land surrounded by nature.

Sara is no doubt, the best agent I've ever worked with. It was such a pleasure to work with her through the buying process. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer, and I learned quite a bit along the way. In short, Sara is extremely professional, and truly cares about her clients. I couldn't imagine buying or selling a home without her. Nor would I consider anyone else.

Sara is amazing!
The Colorado market has been so crazy over the last few years and it feels like every little benefit will help you get the house you want. Sara not only listened to what we wanted but this being our first home, also educated us on the houses and what we can expect from them if we decide to choose them like up-keeping, things to consider (i.e. traffic, wildlife, snow-removal, etc), future rental potential, ...
She always answered our calls and text right away and ultimately we got the house we live in now because, two days after showing us 8 houses, I saw another one that I really liked and wanted to visit in our next showing. Sara contacted the seller's agent right away and the seller said we could either come visit within the next 1-1.5h hours or in 5 days. So Sara jumped in her car and we went for it.
It turned out, that we would not have gotten our home if we would have waited and that the seller's agent convinced the seller to choose us over other offers because of the great communication Sara had established with him and how professional she was.
