Sara is a 12th generation Cape Codder, with family in the real estate business since 1954. She has specialized in the purchase and sale of second homes since 2002 and she has represented both buyers and sellers of residential and mixed-use properties as well as build-able land. Sara became a licensed, bonded broker in 2012 and is a member of the Cape Cod Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has earned her Sellers Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Resort and Second Property Specialist accreditations and has a Transnational Referral Certification.
Previous experience (1987 to 2001): Sales positions at: Nordstrom, (Pace Setter awards), Kennedy Business Equipment in San Francisco, CA, (new business award), Allied Digital Technologies (Northern CA and Utah) (Macrovision sales award) and Business Development and Project Management positions at ModusLink Corporation a global supply chain management company.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, Rhode Island, 1986. Big Sister in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization, Board Member of the Family Pantry of Cape Cod (2010-2013) and member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals.
