We have both purchased and sold with Sara and she did a fantastic job on both transactions! Always quick at turn arounds and answers. Thorough with contracts and updates and did a great job negotiating the best terms for us. We had a super smooth sale and a lot of it was thanks to Sara’s attention to detail, thoroughness and excellent experience helping us pick the right candidate with sincere interest. Would definitely recommend her for both a sale and a purchase!

My husband and I were prospective first-time home buyers when we met Sara at an open house. We were immediately impressed by her positive attitude and openness, and asked Sara if we could work with her. We were used to being told that our expectations were too high and our budget was too low for a house, but Sara made us feel like she could make it work - and she did.

Sara is very accessible, especially over e-mail and text, which made it super easy to exchange and discuss listings even though we're both busy and on the go. In my experience, this is rare in a realtor. She was also always more than happy to answer our millions of questions about buying our first home, and even gave us great recommendations even after we moved in.

Almost exactly 6 years after we bought our first home, we knew exactly who to call when we wanted to sell. Sara had been patiently answering my questions for years as we considered putting our house on the market to make a move to the East Coast, and helped make suggestions on what to do to make it more marketable over time. When we decided to make the move, Sara got our house listed on short notice - and then helped us negotiate more than 10 offers, get through an escrow that was hairy at times, and ultimately close for almost $100k over asking. I truly believe we wouldn't have gotten what we did for the house without such a skilled and ambitious listing agent!

Sara is great! She helped me buy my forever home and also recently helped me buy an investment property. I have already passed her info on to a few of my friends and coworkers. Sara is very quick at responding to phone calls and emails, which I appreciated. I looked for a LONG time before finding the perfect place, and I never felt pressure from Sara to buy - she was very patient and assured me that I should be excited about a place before placing an offer. When I finally did put in a bid, we were in a situation where there were other offers, but Sara advised me on how much she thought would be appropriate and how to make my bid look best, and they ended up picking my offer! Sara had contacts for a termite guy, a general inspector, an electrician, a plumber, and a contractor that I used to get repairs estimates and even get some cash back from the seller. The process was all very smooth. I definitely don't think you can go wrong using Sara as your realtor - my experience was fab.
