I meet Sara years ago, kind of by accident, it was a happy accident though! I have two out of state rental properties in North Carolina, and they were being managed by a less than desirable PM company. Sara stepped in and has been so helpful to me over the past 6 years, she has gone above the call of duty on many occasions. She has consistently provided the advice and service that has mad it possible to keep things running on an even keel, she really has been a partner in our efforts to keep things managed from out of state. I would highly recommend Sara, she has been very open and honest in all of our dealings.

Great realtor for helping a buyer get into the home they truly want at the price they want, and not push them into something to make a commission fast. For sellers, she doesn't give her opinion, she provides solid statistics to base the price on. A Realtor who puts the client first!
