Sara Taylor

As a real estate professional, licensed real estate broker, and Orange County native, Sara Taylor offers a diverse wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She holds a BS from Cal Poly SLO in business with a concentration in finance and appraisal. Sara also has her MBA in finance from Pepperdine University.

Prior to focusing on residential real estate, Sara worked for many years in commercial real estate, focusing on finance and asset management for some of Orange County’s most renowned and premier real estate developers, including The Koll Company. Sara’s background and continued involvement in real estate and finance has given her a strong understanding of the financial and economic factors that influence property values, both on a macro level and on a micro level. A current resident of the Port Streets, a mother of two children in elementary school, and a stepmom who helped raise an additional three, Sara is also aware of the various family demands, dynamics, and needs that must be considered when searching for the ideal home.

Sara whole heartedly believes in giving back to the community as well. She has been an active member of the Harbor View Swim Team, Andersen DEANS, Andersen School Site Council, and the Andersen PTA, as well as a member of the parent council at Newport Center United Methodist Preschool. Sara’s education, experience, and local knowledge of Orange County’s vibrant and varied neighborhoods, combined with her sophisticated real estate background and genuine passion for helping home buyers and sellers, distinguishes her from other professionals in the field and makes her an ideal agent working in the residential sector today.
