Sara was nothing short of amazing. After a very poor couple of experiences with other realtors, Sara sat down and had a conversation with my wife and I and through that we saw just how caring and genuine of a person she is. Sara worked tirelessly to get us set up with stagers, new photos and open houses. She had every detail accounted for and planned. She made this process so smooth. You can tell she cares about each and every one of her clients. She also had one of the best client appreciation picnics as well! Thank you, Sara, I hope we don't move again, but if we do, there won't be any other realtor we will use.

We were first time homebuyers, who had little to no knowledge on the process of all the steps of purchasing a home while also entering into a hot housing market. Sara went above and beyond all of our expectations. She educated us and connected with us on a personal level. She is very knowledgeable about all the processes and procedures from start to finish and provided excellent resources about the community and its properties.

While we may not have known all the steps involved in buying a house, we did know what we wanted from a house, our price range, and the general area we wanted to live in, all of which allowed Sara to excel at finding picture perfect houses time and time again that met all of our criteria but also fit well with out hobbies and interests.

During the walkthroughs she highlighted points of interest for us as first time homebuyers, such as age of appliances and the roof and when they might need to be updated, but also provided a view as to floor plan layouts if we were to make each house a home of our own.

As you can imagine it was an extremely competitive market and we didn't get the very first house we were interested in. Still, Sara remained very optimistic through and through, rooting for us and supporting us every step of the way until we finally reached our goal of becoming homeowners.

Communication was always on point between everyone. Even with our limited availability to view houses she accommodated our schedule and got us viewings quickly. She also provided feedback as to why we lost our initial offer and ways to strengthen our offers going forward.

Everything from the offer to closing went off without a hitch even with an inspection contingency. Sara provided excellent references to inspectors and lenders in our area who really helped everything go smoothly.

Sara remained a constant guide for us in this crazy market; she was realistic with expectations to have from the start and never wavered in optimism. I couldn't recommend anyone higher than I do as Sara as a realtor for you, or anyone you might know.

Since the moment we met Sara Vix she made a great impression on us. Sara is a very charismatic, professional and intelligent woman. We have nothing but good things to say about her.

As you may notice, we are living in a very difficult market for buyers.
Sara made the whole process go smoothly for us.
Sara was always tactful, polite and a wonderfully warm person to deal with. The process of buying a house with Sara's representation was always timely and clear.

Sara was patient and encouraging towards me when I felt sad and disappointed that we could not get the first house we wanted. She told me that the right house for us will be there, and she was right.

We met Sara Vix at an open house which we eventually bought. We enjoyed our interaction with her so much we decided to have her market our house as well. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Questions we had both on selling and purchasing were answered in a very timely manner. We couldn’t have asked more in the marketing of our home. Tips on staging with a consultant provided by Sara and the photographer presented our home beautifully and it sold in two days. She was equally adept at helping us negotiate the purchase of our new home. She was also was very good at helping us navigate the financial end of selling and purchasing. We contemplated selling our home by ourselves since it is such a "sellers market" but we learned with Sara the value of her services, the benefit was huge.
